WHAT: Press conference with A.J. McLeans British alter-ego Johnny No-Name. Focusing on two of his favorite charities, this hometown hero will announce the official launch of the JNN Foundation. The organization will largely focus on efforts to raise awareness, as well as funds, for the VH1 Save the Music Foundation and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. My family and I are grateful for all that we have been blessed with, and giving back -- however we can-- is a mainstay of our long-term goals. In establishing The JNN Foundation, we intend to make a difference with causes that have hit close to home for us, says McLean. The press conference will also initiate the first fundraising efforts of the newly established JNN Foundation. 500 fans will be able to purchase tickets to the May 24th press event at Hard Rock Live for a minimum $5.00 donation, with all proceeds benefiting the JNN Foundation. Tickets will only be available on a first come/first serve basis at the door the day of the event. Also starting on May 24th, hardrock.com, in association with eBay, will host a months worth of auctions featuring autographed Johnny No-Name memorabilia. Items will include a suit and fedora-style hat worn at a recent Orlando performance, as well as an autographed leather Hard Rock Cafe jacket. Today on MTV's TRL they just confirmed that the rumor, started by a British tabloid, saying that the members of the Backstreet Boys where splitting up and going their separate ways. MTV's John Norris called BSB management and they reported that these rumors were false and they had no idea any of that was going around.
So be a sure Backstreet Fans that your boys are still here to stay. They signed a contract with Jive Records, after the Millennium album was released, for another 5 albums to be released.

Backstreet Boy Howie Dorough has organized a fundraising festival to raise money for the disease lupus, which killed his sister Caroline back in 1998.
Howie has recruited fellow BSBs Nick Carter and AJ McLean to perform at the event which takes place on 1 June at the Hard Rock Live at Universal Studios' City Walk in Orlando, Florida. Other artists performing at the show include Marc Anthony, Jon Secada, Deborah Gibson and legendary songwriter Carole King. The show is very much a family affair and will also feature appearances by Nick Carter's brother Aaron, Howie D's sister Pollyanna and his niece, Chelsea Herring.
The following day, 2 June, guests will be treated to a dinner, a silent auction, a private show with Shamu the killer whale and a private concert with Howie D and his band at the nearby Sea World. The auction will include items donated by pop stars, celebrities and athletes.
Howie Dorough formed the Dorough Lupus Foundation shortly after his sister died of the disease. The non-profit organization raises money for lupus research, education and financial assistance for those living with lupus who cannot afford treatment.
Tickets for the 1 June concert are $175 while those for the 2 June auction and dinner are $150. Combined tickets for both events are $300 and can be bought online via Ticketmaster.

On it's first day on the radio, (in the US) "Supergirl" (Krystal's very first single off upcoming CD "Me and My Piano") was in the TOP 4 most added songs on radio playlists. "Supergirl" is on it's way to the top of the charts!
"Supergirl" is approaching O-Town's record for being #1 most nights in a row on WZPL's (in Indianapolis) "Survivor" nights...Krystal is fast approaching O-Town's record of being #1 14 times in a row. As we speak, "Supergirl" has made it to #1 13 times!
Also, Krystal has won in 3 BIG categories at Teen Scene Awards! Our Supergirl got top honors as

*~*~Festival Lineup: Aerosmith, Backstreet Boys, Moby In L.A.~*~*

Aerosmith, Ricky Martin, the Backstreet Boys, Moby and the Bee Gees will play Los Angeles' Wango Tango festival on June 16 and 17.
The concert, which is spreading over two days for the first time in its three-year history, is sponsored by radio station KIIS-FM.
The June 16 lineup includes the Backstreet Boys, Moby, Martin, Jessica Simpson, Nelly Furtado, Joe, Krystal and Shaggy. The June 17 bill features Aerosmith, Dream, Vertical Horizon and American Hi-Fi and the Bee Gees.
The event will be held at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, and organizers said more artists will be announced this week.
*~*~Backstreet Boys To Play Live On 'Today'~*~*

NEW YORK Early birds catch the worms, and this year they'll also be able to catch live performances from 'NSYNC, the Backstreet Boys, Jennifer Lopez and Destiny's Child on NBC's "Today" show.
Those artists, as well as Ricky Martin, Sugar Ray, Shaggy and a host of others are slated to participate in the sixth annual "Today" Summer Concert Series, a 22-week string of free, televised concerts staged outside the midtown Manhattan studios of NBC-TV's "Today" program.
The concerts will be held Friday mornings at 8:30 a.m., with the exception of the Backsteet Boys' July 2 performance, which falls on a Monday.
